Does anyone have painful, tingling bottoms of your feet?
This has recently developed and is quite painful when I walk. I also am a fairly new diabetic and am not sure which one this could be related to, or something new. I bought new shoes, and nothing changed yet. Thanks for your thoughts.

Off topic. My mom update.
Today was bittersweet. I arranged the movers to take everything from mom's apartment back to her house. She had a glorious 3 months in her new home, October thru January, but that's over now. The staff were as warm and caring as usual. They all asked about her. It was then I went and visited with my mom. It was an altered…

Fatigue
Hi, I am new to this site. I had a successful lumpectomy in December and there was no lymph node involvement, so I feel very lucky. I finished a short session (16) of radiation 2-1/2 weeks ago and am on Arimidex. I have read the discussions about how extensive fatigue can be and how long it can take to taper off. My…

Venting
I keep forgetting things and can't find words fast enough when trying to hold a conversation. OK...I try hard to accept it but what really makes me mad is when I say to people," Sorry, Chemo Brain," they roll their eyes and say things like, "Oh come on, that was almost 2 years ago." The only reason that I even say that is…

1st onco visit today, getting Oncotype, anyone do Taxotere/Cytoxan and/or Tamoxifen?
My onco is sending out my pathology for an Oncotype which should be back in 2 weeks. He is a big supporter of chemo for intermediate as well as high results, so I guess from what he told me I have a 60% chance of needing chemo. He said he will use Taxotere and Cytoxan (4 treatments), should it be necessary. Anyone else on…

Hello, I'm a regular on the colorectal board & I have stage IV colorectal cancer. Good read
I recently read a book called "Cancer Vixen" by Marisa Acocella Marchetto it is a graphic novel by a woman who is also a cartoonist. It is about her fight with cancer. I loved it, she has a very up beat view and discusses her life in New York and the type of cancer and treatment she got. Anyway, I thought it was a fun read…

But, would this be considered a…

Did you give up Chemo or refuse to do it?
Hi Ladies, I am starting my Chemo this Friday, April 1. (What a day!) Of course, I am very anxious. I picture that needle with the RED Drug hitting my vein and that’s it for me! I guess it is normal to feel scared. As many of you know, chemo is a controversial topic for some. Many people don’t agree with this treatment…
