never FMLA I didn't qualify I had to be at the new school I am currently for one year I was there 3months when the principle started on me I had a bacterial infection, 2 viral infections surgery and staph by October I the sick bank I am in I have to be out for a month first to use it and I was hired the month before my lumpectomy 5 years ago they hired me sick and I also had started my tamoxifen that november I was hired in May so this Dec I get off the meds I am doing pretty good now I deal with the joint aches and I am on pain killers all the time I have documentation for everything that is why the lawsuit is neccessary

I was sent FMLA with in 24 hrs of telling them of BC it was in my home mailbox...NO one explained it to me...so just tossed aside..I found our after the fact from support group for work related issues...
I hope things have calmed down and better for you now...
I wish I knew then what I know now...things would have been differnt for me for sure..
