Hello, I’m new to this - was diagnosed with infiltrating ductal carcinoma in August. Had a lumpectomy 4 weeks ago with clear margins and no lymph node involvement. Cancer free so far
I was diagnosed in December 2021 with triple negative carcinoma in my right breast. I started chemo 2 days after Christmas. I am so thankful for my oncology…

New here waiting
I am going to Msk for a second opinion. MSK received all my information, reports and CD’s. I was told a nurse practitioner would review my tests, then video conference me, then send me to the radiologist for a biopsy. If it came back positive for cancer then I would be paired with a surgeon. I received a call from MSK.…

Hey guys! All of my aunts on my mom's side of the family had had breast cancer so I'm very worried. I found a small mole on my left areola a couple of months ago and didn't think anything of it, but recently just started thinking about it as I was looking at it the other day. Obviously Googled, which freaked me out even…

Stereotactic Core Needle Biopsy - PAIN?
Yesterday, I had a Stereotactic Core Needle Biopsy - OUCH! I had a mammogram which looked suspicious, right breast only. My doctor had me go for additional mammography images and an ultrasound of my right breast. The Mammogram impression was an architectural distortion corresponding with a malignant appearing mass.…

Survivor Guilt
This is my first post. I was dx in March with HR+, HER2- cancer in my left breast. It was from my first mammogram, and I was shocked because I have no breast cancer history in my family and am sort of young (42). We initially thought we'd get away with lumpectomy and radiation only, but pathology showed a tiny infiltrate…
