HODGKINS TREATMENTS
Has anyone had their Hodgkins treatments of ABVD shortened related to normal ct scans? My oncologist said that she will shorten the chemo and give 2 cycles more after a 'clean' ct scan. I am a 57 year old female, I had non hodgkins follicular cancer in 2002-2003 and a stem cell transplant in 6/03. I just found out that your tonsils are a lymphnode. I never realized they were. Well Monday morning I am having mine removed due to chronic tonsilitis. I am starting to get nervous that they may contain hodgkins. Please pray that they don't!!!!!!
