nausea & metal taste from rads
Hi everyone, My dad is experiencing some mild nausea and a metal taste in mouth from his radiation is this a common side effect. He's only had 3 treatments, his he going to feel worse as he continues his treatments.

I'm so tired!
I've been in remission now for a little less than a year and I'm still so tired! I underwent chemo and radiation during treatment and understand that being tired may be completely normal but for so long? Has anyone else experienced this and when did it go away?

Weight Gain after ABVD
I know alot of people gain weight during chemo. I didn't. However, I haven't had treatment for 4 months and these past couple of weeks I have been gaining like crazy. Are the steriods just now kicking in or what? When can I expect them to be out of my body?

Hi everyone, my dad had 8 completed 4 cycles of ABVD for Stage IIA hodgkins. He is now ready to have 20 radiation treatments starting on Tuesday. Anyone know when you can start drinking after chemotherapy? I am 21 year-old and I would like drink alcohol and to be brutally honest get drunk occasionally. I always feel so left out when I go out with my friends.

Started Stanford V...Feeling better than I thought I would - am I crazy?

Stanford Five Treatment vs. ABVD
I had my first visit today and my oncologist is recommending the Stanford five treatment (12 weeks of chemo, once per week, receiving different chemicals on odd and even weeks) instead of the ABVD 2x's per month for 6 months. Does anyone know about this treatment or where I can find information on it? THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

Tumor on Ovary?
I was diagnosed with NHL in October 2001. They found it the day that I had my daughter (C-Section). I had 6 rounds of CHOP chemo and Rituxan, and I have been in remission since. I was wondering if anyone else has had a tumor on their ovary? My doctor said it was very rare.
