Our son-in -law may be needing bone marrow transplant and we need to know what questions to ask about the facility, success rate, support etc

I would ask about the number of bone marrow tranplants that are performed at the facility annually and ask/research which facility in the US has the highest success rate or specializes in treatment for his type/stage of cancer. Also, if your son-in-law has not done so already, seeking a second opinion at a cancer center (vs local/state hospital) may provide your family with more information about treatment options and facilities/specialists that have the best success rates for bone marrow transplants. My prayers are with your family!0
