Blood work
So I recently had 2 iron infusions for iron deficiency anemia. I just had my blood work redone and now my red blood cell count is high and it was normal before? Also my MCV, and MCH are lower than before and my RDW is higher than before? Anyone know anything about blood work?

New Here with severe Iron deficiency
I just found out I am severely iron deficient. I also have anemia. I have had changes in bowel habits, quite a bit of bleeding and bloating and gas. Scar tissue and anal fissure
I'm 2 years remission , does anyone else have issues when passing a hard stool ,there is some blood, my Dr said that is the scar tissue causing that from a harder stool and I have a fissure , I guess I'm looking for reassurance .
