Doxil and Prozac
The lab that discovered the liposomes for doxil have also discovered that prozac helps make cells chemo sensitive. It certainly is worth a try if you are on doxil. http://new.jpost.com/HealthAndSci-Tech/Health/Article.aspx?id=124811 Diane

Uterine Papillary Serous Carcinoma (UPSC) -- new member of the sisterhood

Cancer: it ain't fun but sure as hell is interesting! (today's onc appt.)
I swear my body must be incredibly wierd and unique. I met with my chemo-onc today to review Monday's CT/PET results. He did a side-by-side comparison of my CT/PET slides from back in November 2009 when these same 2 nodes last lit up. Both are considerably smaller than they were back in November (although of course, they…

Interesting Article posted on Caring4Cancer site
I think I was a regular exerciser with working 12 hour shifts as a nurse on a med-surg floor. Not much sitting with that job. And gardening for many hours on my days off, plus walking about 40-60 minutes everyday. I do use talcum powder in my perineal area. I will think twice about using it anymore. I had no symptoms when…
