Sun sensitive...
Well...I tried laying out in the sun today, and once again I just couldn't handle it. I've tried it 3 times this summer. Each time after 15 minutes, I get hot "very" quickly..light headed and dizzy. Today, I even felt sick to my stomach after 10 minutes. Sooo weird! I'm done trying...guess I'll just be pale for the summer.…

Extra chemo
I had my last chemo on June 21 and a PET scan done on July 1. The results of my PET scan showed that there are 2 spots, one near each collar bone, that have pruned like raisens. My oncologists said that they are dead and may just be scar tissue. He said I have the choice of doing extra chemo just to be sure they got…

Melt down
My numbers keep dropping so they gave a neupogen shot again to try to "jump start" my system. I am so disappointed. I can't get my port out because my ANC is below 500, at one point it got to 1810. I can't go home until I get the port out. It's a vicious circle of getting nowhere. I had a melt down today and actually cried…

bone pain with bendamustine
My wife is experiencing bone pain after her 5th round of bendamustine/rituxan. I have seen many reports of joint aches and pains on this board but not a discussion of bone pain. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? She has had Rituxan numerous times without any issues so we are fairly sure it is the Treanda that is…

Just frustrated these days. Met with Dr yesterday. My numbers are slow to recover and it ticks me off...they were doing so well.
