in Lymphoma (Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin) #1
:) I get to go home!!! Could have done it today, but nobody available to clean my house first. So last night at Hope Lodge!

Port comes out Monday, so happy he's letting me go home early. Platelets are at 39,000.

I am very happy but my sister is making the dogs stay in the basement. It breaks my heart because neither of them are allowed down there normally and they are freaking out.

I am hoping Monday after the port comes out they can come back upstairs.

    Sooooooooooooooooo happy for you to be going home - no better place in the world to be! Your sister knows what you've been through and is just being cautious about the dogs - I'm sure she's right. You've done such a terrific job with you BMT and I'm thrilled for you.     I am more than happy for you. Yes, yes, home sweet home. I know what you mean about
    the dogs. When I was in the hospital and came home, everything was changed. That really stressed me out. Hey, our family is only trying to help us.

    Oh Beth,
    I am so happy for you. Take it easy and don't try to be superwoman. Maybe someone could bathe the dogs and you coud wear a mask around them. On the other hand it might scare them:) Nothing like home, sweet home. SO SO Happy for you. You are my hero!!!!!
