Swelling update
The swelling/lump below my ear has disappeared now. I can prod about below my ear and it no longer hurts. I'm so relieved, it must have been an ear infection and now it's cleared on its own. I couldn't even sleep on it before. Thought I'd post this incase anyone else gets the same and worries, it isn't always the big C.

For a brief moment I forgot....
Several times over the last week things just seemed strange. Conditions must have been just right, because I forgot for a brief moment, I was a "Lary", and breath through my neck. My breathing seemed just as it did before I had problems [Cancer], I mean I felt like I was breathing through my nose, it seemed so real. I know…

New Picture
Changed to this selfy of Jim and I. All his teeth have crumbled to the gum. The whole ones are fakes. I have gained 20 lbs since his diagnosis. Jim said, "Hey we have turned into old people!" I guess it happens to all of us. LOL So happy he still has a sense of humor.

Stopping chemo temporarily
I hope all my fellow warriors are doing well. I saw my Oncologist yesterday and we have decided I should stop the Taxotere for awhile. I am for the most part in remission, no visible cancer in my lungs and Mediastynal nodes. The long term use of the Taxotere is what seems like will do me in. My Doc told me last May when I…

Decision Time
I need to decide my next treatment step. The surgery biopsies showed clear margins but closeand radiation should be considered. Spoke with the radiation oncologist today. He said 50 precent overlap between radiation fields from 2007 and what I need now. If I do radiation now, there could be lots of issues down the road…

Anyway, he said all looks great! Also liked his + outlook. Now for the usual confusion about best practice regarding PETs, CTs…
