Feels like a miracle - update

It is a glorious day weather wise in the Sunshine state but also in our house. Jim is back to his old self again, old meaning 6 weeks ago. He has gained some strength and he looks good. Planning a trip for some fishing from the bank tomorrow. The nurse is coming at 1:30 today and I am going to have him try getting up while she is here to help me. It would be such a blessing if he could fish just one more time.

Nurse came this afternoon. Jims air volume has decresed in the lungs, especially the right.  Home he can make it fishing tomorrow. Please pray he can at least fish the 30 minutes the nurse limited him to.

    Small things are big

    Sometimes the smallest things can feel so "big."  Take whatever advantage you can of his progress, and we all wish him good luck with his fishing.

    Keeping Jim in pray for fishing, even if it is just holding a fishing pole with the string going out the window into a pond, Live, joy, and strength all comes from the things we love to do.

    I know when I am feeling bad somehow just being in my shop makes me feel better, even if all I do is to just sit down, just being in a place and doing what I love to do is all it takes to give me added strength to feel better.

    Well the weather didn't cooperate, rain and wind, so we will givew it a go Friday. Too cold today. He can't be out in too cold or too hot air. Praying for good day tomorrow.
