That Time Again!!!
Friends,
It is that time again for my one year checkup (next Mon/Tue) at MDA and of course anxiety continues to increase. Having a slight cold has not help with coughing and runny nose...Have no reason to be concern as I feel great besides the cold. Just cannot wait till the time I can leave the anxiety where I put all the snotty rags!!! Blessings to all!

jon, i'm sorry you are
jon, i'm sorry you are feeling anxious and i'd love to say it gets better but i don't think that is being honest. unfortunately, we all get that damn scananxiety and there's nothing we can do about it except get thru it. i get anxious over anything new that happens with my body, no matter how hard i try to be realistic, my mind tells me what it wants to :0( hang in there and it will be over and you'll have the good results soon and we will all be doing the happy dance to celebrate with you.

Well, you know
I'm the last one to advise anybody on scanxiety.....I rarely get through a day without some sort of health concern (in my head)....BUT, there's always room in my pocket, so I'm tucking you in....Prayers and positive thoughts follow you to Texas!

Good luck and positive thoughts on th check up Jon!
I'm finding s time goes on (I'm approaching a year out), that "scanxiety" is becoming an increasingly evident problem. One I've discussed with my team and will discuss with my GP. I'm thinking some Xanax or the like come scope, poke and prod time is in order. I get stressed, irritable and suffered some physical symptoms last time.
Part of the "new normal" I guess.
Positive thoughts and prayers
