Change of Diet... Nutrionist?
Did everyone run right out after their dx and change all their eating habits? (Assuming they were not-great to begin with) As I sit here stuffing my face full of Snickers, even if they are the "minis", I'm realizing that a better diet is the only thing I haven't researched to death! Should I be lining up consults with…

Its been 2 months since rads was over. This past week I've been feeling a tight stiffness under my armpit when I stretch my arm up, also in breast by scar area.
