HOpe and pray none of you have to do it, but if you do, it's amazingly easy~ One hour, 20 min of painfree radiation on a relaxing table. NO where as bad as as I expected.

    So glad to hear your treatment today was a breeze! I also imagine the worst and it's usually much better than I thought it would be ( well, except for my dx - I imagined the worst and it happened!). Hope your journey will continue to be a breeze.

    Unbelievable
    Just another of the many medical miracles available today. We've come so far, but must continue the research that leads to these advances!

    Yes, only 3.
    The good news is if it doesn't do the trick they can do it again for up to 4 tumors. Beyond that they do total brain radiation, not a picnic, but doable from what they tell me.

    I had no trouble with
    I had no trouble with radiation 23 yrs ago. Last year I had just a little queasiness and my rad onc said that was because he had to zap a little bit of my liver to get my ribs. But it was nothing terrible.
