I posted on another cc support board, about my 1st 3 month checkup going well. That my Onc was doing blood tests and one poster said I should DEMAND scans and not just bloodwork at my checkup? Post-Surgery Radiation and Avastin for Stage III
Has anyone had post-surgery radiation therapy to treat rectal cancer? If so, did you experience a lot of side effects? My Dad did not have any pre-surgery treatment. Now his primary doctors are debating whether to give him post-surgery radiation? Has any Stage III taken Avastin? I understand that it is more for Stage IVs.…
