I guess metastisized cancer can depress anyone at any age. I'm 48 and…

What are you eating? after treatment
Hi, Now that me treatment is over, I'm trying to loose some of the weight I gained. I'm eating more fruit and veggies, but there are things that still gross me out after chemo. Salad dressings all seem too strong. I love orange juice, but oranges are out (weird!) Has anyone else had these types of issues? What are you…

Has anyone gained weight after chemo? I seem to be gaining weight over the last few months. I finished chemo in July. I don't know if it is "Chemopause" or too much junk food. In the past, I have been able to eat pretty much anything without gaining weight. What kind of exercises can be done after a tramflap? Any…

Odd Question after a Lumpectomy
Actually two questions...after my lumpectomy I could hear fluid squishing around in my breast ( after the removal of the drain) It's gone now, but isn't that odd? Also, did or does anyone have sensitivity to cold drinks? In other words, I'll have a sip of a cold drink and can feel it in my breast as it goes down to my…

Herceptin on Hold
I was wondering if any of you who have been taking herceptin have ever been placed on hold. I had noticed that I was retaining more fluid last week and the Doctor got an earlier than planned Echocardiagram. It showed a lowered ejection ratio. I looked at a number of reports on the internet and apparently about 20% of the…

Hello everyone. It's been a while since I've been here. I was diagnosed in May 2002 and thankfully all is well. I feel really blessed and consider this a second chance....so I'm using it.
