    Future - how kind of you to ask how I"m doing. Right now the pain is under some control. I'm using Percoset. I'm also taking Valium to control the anxiety and to help me to sleep at night. I have to wait until next WEdnesday, Feb. 15 for the PET scan and the liver MRI. That's the closest appointment I could get.

    I am trying so very hard to digest all of this as it unfolds. But it is very difficult for me. I will post again next week after I've had the tests. Thanks, Future, Inkblot, and to so many other wonderful people on this board who have listened to all my questions, rantings, and ravings since I started on this journey in Oct. 2003.
