Back in 2011, I had LCIS, DCIS and invasive. Had a single MX and did well for 10 years. I felt a lump earlier this month and my scan shows blood flow to mass in same MX breast. Tomorrow is my biopsy. I am nervous about this being a reoccurrence and having the blood flow. I fear that means that it has moved on to my lymph…

Hidden Scar Breast Cancer Surgery
Hi All, I have been reading posts on this sight and have not yet seen this addressed. If you are about to undergo a lumpectomy for breast cancer, ask about the hidden scar breast cancer surgery. I am so fortunate that my surgeon was trained in this technique. When I look at my breast I see no evidence that I have had…

What's wrong with NOT having reconstruction?
I feel the need to vent a little and this seems to be a safe place to do so. I had a double mastectomy backing in /september with expanders placed for reconstruction.
