I finished my treatment. ALL OF IT! 5 months of chemo, 1 surgery, 30 rounds of proton radiation and I'm done. I've been at this since November 2021 when I got my biopsy and found out December 1. I am DONE! It is kind of a shock that I won't have to go to weekly/daily doctor appointments. I have a meeting with my oncologist because she's going to put me on lynparza, but other than that no more appointments until a scan in December then surgeon appointment is February 2023. So it's really weird, but a good kind of weird that I actually get to let my body heal! Now here's to me STAYING cancer free!
