Swollen Lymph Nodes

Hi, I was diagnosed with Her2 positive Breast Cancer in 2019, had DMX with implants, chemo and Herceptin. About 1 yr after treatment I have developed 3 swollen lymph nodes in my armpit.

My onc felt them as well and sent me for an Ultra sound. Radiologist says they are swollen but look typical and wants me to follow up, Birads 3.

Of course telling someone who went through breast cancer and now has several new lumps that it is "probably" nothing does not make me sleep any better.

Has anyone had a similar issue with swollen nodes after being treated for Breast cancer???
