Good Morning everyone! I have been lurking around this board for awhile and now I have a question! How long do most people wait before they have their port removed? I have completed 5 cycles of ABVD and have 1 cycle left and I want my port out as soon as possible. It is really bothersome! My onc said I could have it out as…

Long term effects from Radiation and Chemo and Zevalin
I am so very tired I get up from bed and one hour later could go back to sleep. I just can not shake this tiredness. My last cat scan was in March. It was good. Somehow I just feel like something is not right. I go for my next appointment on Sept. 1. I guess it is just puzzling to see what you get left with. Mine was…

I only have 3 left and they look like they could go at any time. It's not…

Can't win for losing sometimes
I went for my treatment last thursday and my onc said he won't do another scan until I tell him I don't feel right again. He doesn't want to expose me to any more radiation than necessary. Said for each pet/ct scan it's the equivalent of 250 chest xrays! I figure at this point I am over 1700 and that didn't include my…
