So I start 6 rounds of Folfox on Thursday. PICC insertion Tuesday and bloodwork/consult Wednesday and chemo round 1 starts on Thursday. Haven’t had the “side effect” discussion yet but I have seen some discussions here. Any advice? Dr says my hair will get thinner but I won’t lose it - is that your experience? CEA is 65.2…

I am a survivor
I survived stage 3 colon cancer. It has been almost 5 years. I know that the answer is probably no but are there any programs in place to help cancer patients/survivors find affordable housing? Drug Trial Did Not Work, Back To FOLFOX (any tips on Neuropathy?) and Maybe Stivarga
Trial drugs did not work, so out of the study. Not many options for me right now. We are considering circling back to FOLFOX since I have been off it over 6 years and it may slow things down for a bit, though not sure how long I can be on it. I had neuropathy the first time so could not have 12 sessions with the Oxil part.…
