I have to admit that I am getting nervous, but have heard from quite a few of you that weekly treatments are by far very tolerable. My hair has started to grow back after finishing 4 treatments of A/C. As my husband says it is about an 1/8 of…

Halway results
I went to clinic today & got CT results & 4th chemo. The lung tumours are definitely all gone - what a blessing as they were the real life threatening ones. Also my marker tests (which are done 3 weekly) are starting to fall again. They had gone as high as 170 before I started chemo & after 3 cycles are now down to 120.…

Is it considered metastatic cancer?
A doctor who works for a governmental licensing agency said that breast cancer that has been found in the lymph nodes is considered metastatic cancer. My doctor had previously told me that it is not considered metastatic cancer unless it has been found in other organs. Does anyone know the answer to this question?

Of Teenagers And Cats
For all of you with teenagers or who have had teenagers, you may want to know why they really have a lot in common with cats: 1. Neither teenagers nor cats turn their heads when you call them by name. 2. No matter what you do for them, it is not enough. Indeed, all humane efforts are barely adequate to compensate for the…
