vitamins
Hello, everyone. I just finish my chemo tx's(4) will start rads the wk of Oct. 5th. My oncology didn't wanted me to take vitamins while chemo tx. Now i can. I already got a flu shot. Any suggestions on which vitamis? Also, what about vitamin D? What dosage? Thanks in advance....

Does all chemo drugs cause hair loss?
My surgeon who did my port today said I'll be on chemo with little side effects. He's not for sure which ones, Oncologist will tell me Wed. Are there some that don't cause hair loss?

question about a lumpectomy
I had my pre-op today and they said that I was going to have a mamogram while they put in the guide wire to the tumor. Does anyone know how it's done? Does it hurt? They are also going to do the surgery with a local and I will be awake but "loopy." Not sure how I feel about that one.
