I am currently awaiting results of a biopsy I had yesterday and I’m terrified and the wait is torture . I am 48 and currently am experiencing menopausal symptoms. Feeling a bit overwhelmed. Will have biopsy next week. No matter biopsy results, given family history of uterine cancer, I will likely seek a second opinion. I live on the East Coast. If you had a choice of either Sloan or Johns Hopkins for a second opinion or treatment, which one would you pick? Is there a surgery and…

Immunotherapy for non-MSI-H cancer
This article caught my eye because it talks about the succcess rate for treatment of Microsatellite stable tumors using Keytruda combined with Lenvima. It's important because currently, to qualify for Keytruda, your cancer has to be microsatellite unstable, which eliminates a lot of people (including some members of this…

Keytruda, So Far
I had my third Keytruda infusion last week and the doctor (main oncologist) confirmed what we already knew: the tumor has indeed shrunk.
