Hi, This message is for Sarah M. I am having a hard time e-mailing you back and I would love to talk to you more about the testing and what some of the possibilities are of what it could be. I went to the oncologist today and she is talking with a neorologist to see what she thinks. I would like to have some information…

My sister is still waiting for a final diagnosis. Lymphoma is suspected but leukemia has not been ruled out. Can someone explain in layman's terms what a "fish test" is and what information that will provide that the other bone marrow tests did not.....why does this have to take so long....she was hospitalized on New Years…

New
Hi, I am new to this site. I am out of radiation therapy since March of this year. My follow up pet scan showed some activity which they say is due to the radiation. I just had a second ct scan which looked good. I have been experiencing some itching in my arms and don't know if I should be concerned? Any ideas?

34 Year Survivor
I just came across this site. I think it is great the way you offer each other mutual support. There was virtually no attention paid to the emotional and mental side of having Hodgkin's when I was diagnosed. If it is encouraging to any of you more recently treated folks, I was diagnosed with Stage IIIA in September 1969.…

Swollen fingers/hands
I wrapped up ABVD treatment (12!) in July. In August noticed that my fingers were swollen, and, when I exercise, both hands blow up like balloons. My doc says it's just a side effect and will diminish. Anyone else deal with this? How long did it take? Thanks. (P.S. Have first post-treatment CT next week. Keep your fingers…

I don't know if this is the right place to say this, but I felt a strong connection with this web site in the battle of fighting my son's hodgkins disease. All of you gave me his mom, much strength, compassion and the ability to help my son keep fighting. However to our saddness he had a very agressive hodgkins, and on…
