HLA Testing for allogeneic BMT

Looking for information on how a son in UTAH can have FREE HLA testing to see if his bone marrow matches father for a Transplant. Or does anyone know if medical insurance will pay for this. Father has Kaiser Permanente, not sure of son's insurance carrier. Has anyone had any experience in this area. In California there are a lot of hospitals listed that do HLA testing... Not able to find any place yet in Salt Lake City area, where son lives.
