Which hospital would you go at all cost?
Hi all- There's 3 weeks worth of drawback at John Hopkins' ENT department. I can say that I'm very frustrated and I'm not…

Papillay thyroid cancer
Hi my name is Marisol. I am twenty-two and I was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer in October 2001 after a total thyroidectomy was performed to remove a total of three tumors which turned out to be benign (the cancer was found in the gland itself, and not the tumors) (Ironically, a nephrologist noticed the tumors). I…

Question about thyroglobulin
I know several people of posted information about the thyroglobulin level post TT & radioactive iodine. Will being on thyroid replacement (levoxyl, synthroid, etc.) effect this level? Basically I was wondering if I had to be off the replacement prior to checking the thyroglobulin level. I would appreciate any information.
