Hi All, I had my colonoscopy today...First thing I want to mention is that I do not want to see a bottle of "fleet" for a while, that's stuff is so discuting, the taste is one of the most discisting things I have ever tasted, but that aside I got good results, they didn't find any polypes, so to me that's amazing news as…

Hi Everybody, I was hoping to get some information with regard to using antioxidants during conventional treatment. My father had his first treatment yesterday (5FU, oxaliplatin and avastin). lawlette, how are you feeling?
Was just thinking of you. Wondering how your first treatment went. I'm already thinking of my 2nd treatment this coming Monday. I guess over the last 6 months I have had so little time feeling "normal", that the sick feeling I get with this treatment is the last way I want to feel. I'm hoping I just get used to it and move…

To deneenb: Re: Antioxidants
Bert took a multi vitamin and Celebrex (as Bud recommended) but that was it. No extra vitamin C, E, B's, Eccinacia (? sp), etc. When he first started, with his old onc, he was on six months of 5FU/Leucavorin at a very high dose and this onc didn't really even ask him if he was taking any supplements...so he just kind of…
