Well, one more hurdle over with. Clean as a whistle. Next one in a year. Sig in 3 months. Still have a wicked headache. I get one everytime I do that prep. I'm going to feed my kids. Em was up MOST of last night, ugh. Barb ( who is happy for every sunrise !)

We all know this, but here's a reminder: Eating the recommended five or more servings of vegetables and fruits each day could, by itself, reduce cancer rates by more than 20 percent, according to the American Institute for Cancer Research.
