How did you decide which treatment to use for HR+/HER- mBC? There are so many different options I don't know what side effects to worry about? How do you communicate with your doctors about the different medications?

anyone have raised heart rate during/after chemo?
I had my third chemo last Monday (8 days ago) and my resting heart rate has been about 112 most of yesterday and last night and then again this morning just after I awoke.
