Capecitabine/Xeloda/MRI

I start taking Capecitabine today. I hope that it all goes well. Has anyone else had this treatment? For me it is hopefully a preventive treatment for TNBC coming back. My biggest worry is when I had my MRI they found fluid around my pancreas. I have no symptoms of anything, just the fluid. My oncolgist isn't worried, just will keep an eye on it. I just don't want it to turn into anything else...
