muscle tightness
Eleven years after breast cancer and radiation, the muscles in my back, under my arm and chest are very tight and spasmodic and my range of motion is inhibited. Is there anything I can do to release the tension in them or are they indeed fried as my massage therapist suggested.

Hi wonderful ladies, Been crazy busy lately, but trying to keep my head above water. Yall are the BEST!!! I was surprised by a man ringing my doorbell holding a beautiful flower bouquet. Thank you all, it brightened my day and I think the delivery man got a good chuckle because standing in front of him was this bald headed, pale cancer patient with some kind of strange orange/red lips. My granddaughter was…

Humorous Events
Because laughter is healing and relieves stress, do we all have something we can look back on that was a bit humorous? My story is that I stuck my cell phone down in my bra one day when I had too much to carry at the library. After I sat down, I couldn't find my phone and went to the librarian (a young man) and asked him…

His wife was not amused, and decided that she simply couldn't let such a comment go un rewarded. The next morning the husband took a…
