long wait for FNA - is this OK?
Hello to all, I just signed on to this group, hoping to get some feedback on my situation. An ultrasound revealed multiple lumps in my thyroid, and a FNA was recommended. The soonest they could "fit me in" was 7 weeks after the referral. I understand that the chances of malignancy in thyroid lumps are very small, but…

My doc said to take one day a week OFF the synthroid which in-effect will reduce the dosage by 17%. On the day that I…

Results of Ultrasound
Hello again, I saw the ENT today and he told me not to worry, that the ultrasound showed "just a cyst". He said it is septated, meaning "it just has some divisions" in it. Body Scan--B-6
I'm scheduled for a body scan due to thyroid cancer. Once I discontinue the synthroid, is it alright to take B-6 while going hypo? I thought it would help in metabolism and since it was water-soluble, it would not affect the body scan. Any thoughts?? Thanks.
