AdAge magazine online had a brief about the following in its issue online today. This is great to know of this promotion. Wonder if they do a resection on it when there's not enough space to display the whole thing? Ouch! NEW YORK (AdAge.com) -- Gargantuan promotional icons are nothing new to Times Square, but few generate…

New Plan...ready for next round of chemo
I saw the oncologist yesterday. I have been so depressed, and the pain meds aren't working that well. I have been hiding in bed way too much, with the excuse that I can't sit (true) because of the rectum pain. I have so many adverse reactions and allergies to meds that I knew I didn't want antidepressants...what to do?…

insurance denying Erbitux for stage 3
Hi All, Well we thought that **** would start Folfox and Erbitux on Tues. However, our insurance is saying no Erbitux for stage III. Most successful people begin with two beliefs: the future can be better than the present, and I have the power to make it so. I think I am going to say this to myself every day! March on everyone....just wanted to share.

Haven't yet seen oncologist. Only know that there is a"large" cancerous tunor in my colon. I am terrified and see little to hope for. What does "large" mean? I don't know if any other organs are involved. This is the most frightening thing I have ever experienced. Just don't know how to face each day and go on.
