Friday Riddle Answer
RIDDLE: n + n + .... n times = n^2. differentiating both sides with n we get 1 + 1 +.... n times = 2*n or n = 2*n find the flaw? ANSWER: ans. n + n + .....n times we can only add if "n" is an integer. So basically this function is discontinous and we can't differentiate a discontinous function.

Question on minor side effects
I completed chemo and radiation on April 6, 2010. Was on Xeloda and oxaliplatin for 6 weeks. Wondering when ability to tastes gets back to normal? Not a big impact, but as I make my own beer, mead, wines, and ciders, the ability to taste is a big part of the process. Also, anyone experience neck pain following chemo? In…

When I had first started Tx in June a few articles appeared about loss of fingerprints as a result of Xeloda tho how long it took and what dose I don't recall. My own fingertips have little marks (like a 1/4 inch crease or line on several)and prints are difficult to see. A painless side effect......steve

Finally went to bed and that is when it all started moving…ALL night long! Here is the good part. I had been thinking of asking for no sedation because…

Pretty good news!
I just got an e-mail from my onc and the scan was clear. That is great news. The only glitch was a CEA rising from 1 to 4 in the 6 months since the last scan. His suggestion is a CEA test in 2 months and then see is there is a change... I will talk to him Tuesday but overall good news. Thanks all Chip
