new to site liver damage from SIRT or chemo?
I'm new to the site. My Dad who is 77 had colon C surgery in 2009 with 2 mets to the liver. He did chemo and 2 treatments of SIRT which killed the tumors. just got out from seeing the chemo doctor
We just got told that Jorge has to do 3months of chemo before they go in to remove the tumor from the liver and 3months after and the chemo he will be on is Folfox Oxaliplatin and the 5fu . I know this one is harder but will it work better thanks guys Tina

My platelets were to low. I am a little worried to miss this week of chemo- feel like these cancer cells are gonna throw a party and go crazy since there is nothing killing them off this week. Hope this missed session doesn't cause to much choas.
