joint pain

in Colorectal Cancer #1
a while ago I posted about joint pain and someone was nice enough to quote her whole regime from her naturopath. I didnt save it and now I cant find it.
can I impose once again? I know it was calcium oronate and magnesium, but cant remember dosages

    I wrote it down but this chemo brain. I did send a private message to Lisa but I will keep looking. I only have caltrate so I melt them, it seems to help
