I'll be starting Zometa in 2 weeks. Once a month infusion for a year. Oncologist told me to take tums for 3 days after each one. Any side effects that I need to be aware of? Just when I thought I was all done!

First Treatment Friday 6/18/10
I just started my treatment last Friday for IDC - stage 2 grade 2. 2 out of 15 lymphnodes infected. Her2 positive -Double negative. My oncologist put me on Carboplatin, taxotere and Herceptin. Stage 3 of my treatment plan
I am a triple negative with lymph node involvement. stage one I had 4 rounds of TAC and 4 rounds of ACT and they also threw in Avastin and Xeloda. stage two on 5/26 had a bilaterial mastectomy with no reconstruction which was my choice. stage three starts Next week I go back in for 10 more rounds of chemo.
