6 month checkup
I have to see my onc tomorrow for my 6 month checkup & blood test (tumor markers). Don't know that I should be, but I'm nervous/anxious. I'm afraid they'll find "something". Logically I know it's better to face whatever I have to face than ignore it...but still. Waiting for the blood to come back is the worst. To top it…

Do you see your oncologist each time you have a chemo treatment? I'm having my third treatment tomorrow and it will be the first time I've see him since my original diagnosis in November. When I went for my second one, he was on vacation. I just wondered how often you see them. Also should I expect the same side effects…

stereotactic biopsy - risks
I've often wondered if this didn't cause a spread during the weeks before the lumpectomy. The lump was large enough to do without the guided x-ray - I sat up - and the mammogram clearly showed cancer before the biopsy. In fact before the radiologist opened her mouth, I said: My God, I have cancer and she replied: I'm…
