carboplatin, avastin and paclitaxel...anyone had these chemo drugs i am newly on?
Hi all, I started chemo two days ago. Above are the drugs they are giving me for my lung cancer. My doctor said I should do well on them. So far so good. I'm just looking for some input from people who have had these drugs. Any info you could give me would we great. God bless all of you, Scott

swollen ankles/feet and fatigue

loss of balance
Hi , My mom has nsclc and also had a tumor removed from her brain . All her pet scans and brain mri show progress no new tumors and shrinking of the tumors in the lungs . The problem is she seems to be more and more unsteady by the day and her legs and feet are swollen.Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jean

I am 58 years old, and smoked off and on for 40 years. I was diagnosed with lung cancer on Monday. I go for my PET scan today and meet with 2 oncologist. The doctor that took the biopsy said that I was T3b. I'm hoping for better news after my PET scan. Please everyone wish me luck, and I hope that GOD has mercy on my soul.

Mothers with cancer who have kids under 20
