Hi , My mom has nsclc and also had a tumor removed from her brain . All her pet scans and brain mri show progress no new tumors and shrinking of the tumors in the lungs . I am 58 years old, and smoked off and on for 40 years. I was diagnosed with lung cancer on Monday. I go for my PET scan today and meet with 2 oncologist.
