I thought I was only going to have the base of my tongue reconstructed and found out my whole tongue is going to have be reconstructed. Has anyone had this done, what is it like afterwords as far as eating. Do you loose your taste and feeling or what? Help

loosing layers of skin
My husband is on his 27th radiation and he his loosing layers of skin on his neck. We are putting Aquaphor cream on it. Any other suggestions?

In March I had my 7 month post treatment PET/CT scan which showed a hot spot at the site of the original tumor that was diagnosed as residual cancer, meaning they didn't get all the cancer with the chemo/rads.
