Wasn't too bad esp as the only other experience I have to compare it to is the initial bowel…

CEA going up, up, up....anyone?
My dad's cea level has been slowly rising since he was diagnosed with colon cancer in November. He underwent a colon resection. Of the 11 lymph nodes removed, 8 were found to have cancer in them. The surgeon believed that he had gotten out all of the tumor and saw no other lesions. My dad had a cat scan which showed no…

for grandma 047 a.k.a. Judy
Judy, I'm very concerned about your fever. PLEASE CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY!!! When I was on chemo I was told to call about anything over 100 degrees. When you're immuno suppressed things can get out of hand quickly. My brother's mother-in-law ended up hospitalized and wheelchair bound for weeks after her fever shot…

As some of you may recall,…

I think I have scalp cancer now
Hello everyone, Okay, I know, I should go to the doctor. I will. I have an appointment with my oncologist and hematologist in the middle of June. But I have this thing on me head. I can't see it. But I feel it, my hand gravitates to it automatically. It started out as what I thought was a scab. I plucked it off. It kept…
