Hi everyone,
As a stage III semicolon, I was very relieved to hear good news at my 18 month check up...scans were all clear, and bloodwork looks good. I understand from my onc that the chance of recurrance is highest in the first two years, than begins to drop. I can't believe how nervous I felt waiting for these results.
I have found this board to be a real lifeline, particularly after surgery and during chemo; thank you all for your support.
Wishing us all good days ahead, Judy

I am so happy for you! Although I feel close to everyone on this board, our meeting in March 2004 makes your news even more important to me. I am glad you are on the "up" side of things, may you stay there for many, many years to come!
