How do you choose?
I've never posted anything, and really I haven't even read a whole lot on the discussion boards, but what better group of women to ask then those that have faced my choice. I've chosen to have a mastectomy because my "breast size to tumor" ratio would not have a "good cosmetic outcome" and the radiation onco. doesn't like…

Coffee date
I had coffee with sbmly53 (Sue) this afternoon. It was great finally having a chance to meet, and we chatted like we had known each other forever. Mother's Day...any disappointments?
I hope you don't mind me sharing; it will be bibliotherapy for me. Mother's Day---no cards, no gifts, from my two adult daughters. We were together, but I picked up the dinner tab....oldest paid for herself. A best friend from 3rd grade joined us, gave me a beautiful card--for her other mother---and a restaurant gift card.…

Lymphedema Pump news
My pump came yesterday! What a nice early Christmas present. It is such a relief and help for my condition. Not everyone needs a pump...but if you do, it is a…
