in Breast Cancer #1
I'm 8 months done with chemo ,and I got Laryngitis. Did anyone get this I hope it's just from a cold or allegies.

    I would think most likely it is. If it's not better within about a week though I would get it checked out.

    I get larryngitis each fall
    I have not had chemo but I THINK MINE has something to do with the weather in my area...in fall..

    I hadn't thought about it but I'm about 10 months out. About a month ago I got Laryngitis along with a sinus infection. Now 3 antibiotics later, my voice is still raspy. Hoping it is allergies and also I teach so I have to talk. Maybe this is one last side effect who knows. I feel fine so I'm not going to worry too much.

    Raspy Voice
    During chemo I developed a raspy (almost Janis Joplin) kind of voice. I finished chemo 10/09 and still have the raspy voice. I'm pretty sure chemo did something, probably partly because I have asthma, but as long as the cancer stays away, I don't care.
