I want to know that if a patient is suffering from cancer which is reached upto 3rd or 4th stage and the patient is not aware about the disease than in that case he is having no pain where the cancer spread or originated than will it be cancer or not?

Could I ask if anyone started with pain here and bloating for no reason? I am a breast cancer survivor and have gerd, but this is scaring me because it seems worse than that.
