Getting Neulasta shot today

Did anyone do a TAH w/ BSO to eliminate Estrogen?
Hi- I'm new here. I had a bilateral Mastectomy last year, and my Tamoxifen is not 100 percent effective, plus with fibroids on my uteris and the need to eliminate my estrogen, considering a full hysterectomy with oopherectomy, but afraid of aftermath with no HRT, anyone try this yet? Need info!

update on doctor appt
I went to my oncologist yesterday, i did not get done chemo until 9:30pm, they had to put me in a hospital room to finish chemo since the infusion room closed at 7pm.
