They had to put in a stent to drain the old, thick urine out of my kidney!!!! Who knew?? So the stent will stay in for 3 weeks and then hopefully my ureter will go back to normal size, the stone fragments will have passed and the bleeding stops. Kind of feeling ickky for Christmas, but blessed. Thanks for the prayers! Carol

Hi pink sisters -- I wanted to share these feelings with you, because this is my other home, where everyone listens and cares. Breast Cancer Survivors can be blood donors again
I've always been a donor basically for as long as I can remember until the last few years. I thought that once you were BC, that ended your ability to donate (had been told that by some that you can't ever again). I decided today to call the local blood center and ask them directly. Turns out that I can donate so I have an…

My only son and daughter-in-law have informed my husband and me that we are going to be first time grandparents! To say that I am over the moon would be an understatement.
