To do or not to do ?

After reading Beating cancer with nutrition I asked my Dr. how much ( if any ) sugar i should have, how many mg of vitamin C should I have, how much meat should i eat etc...she told me to eat everything I can. The reason why is because I'm not in a preventable stage. I'm about to…
